  • Payment Data: payment card details collected via Stripe

  • Communications Data: messages you send us via contact or registration forms

  • Marketing Preferences: newsletter sign-up status

  • When you sign up for our newsletter

  • When you contact us via forms or email

4. Why We Use Your Data

    Each of these processors is bound by a Data Processing Agreement and must follow Google’s best practices or equivalent security standards.

We retain your personal data for a minimum of 5 years from the date of collection, in line with Portuguese healthcare record-keeping requirements.

Your data is processed and stored within the EU. If any service provider processes data outside the EU, we ensure adequacy through Standard Contractual Clauses or other GDPR-approved mechanisms.
