Easter has already passed, and for some of us, this was a family gathering weekend with all its associated traditions. These are days when we try (and should) relax a bit and, if possible, distance ourselves from other aspects of our daily life. I hope that those who celebrated this holiday managed to disconnect from work, and if you let slip things like exercise or indulged in a "sinful" treat or two, it won't be the end of the world. The period wasn't that long after all.

This newsletter also arrives a few days later than usual due to the Easter days.

Many of us, accustomed to always trying to make the most of our hours, sometimes end up fearing these holiday times, because they can extend over time, eventually affecting the following days/weeks. This anticipation can even spoil the enjoyment we could have from those family days. 

It's important to return to our routine calmly. We may not immediately get to 100% the day after these periods of relaxation; however, the essential thing is to stay focused. 

It's normal to have a short period of readjustment, 1 or 2 days, during which we shouldn't be cruel to ourselves if everything doesn't go exactly as planned, as this will help us return more quickly to the state of flow we want to regain. 

Exercise may be a bit more challenging for those who have interrupted it for some time, but it will also quickly return to normal (the important thing is to put on those sneakers!). 

Appetite may still be directed towards the comfort foods we recently consumed, but we all know we should return to the usual diet. If you listen to your body well, it will be asking for that. 

The same goes for sleep: a day or two with later sleep due to a good chat with family or friends won't hurt anyone, quite the opposite, but now it's time to return to the usual healthy rhythm. 

In reality, these things happen because our brain wants to prolong the pleasure felt on those days, but we all know that these moments are also the best because they can't constantly be happening. So, let's get back in shape so that when they come around, we can make the most of them.
